On June 12, 2026, Hempstead Classroom Teachers Union organized the Retirement Party for over 40 educatos. Yours truly was only Asian among 500 people on Thursday Night’s Retirement Party.
Only with God’s blessing I could complete 45 years in Education, experienced good, bad, different experiences. (over 30 years in public schools) Thanks goes to family, my parents, pastors, and friends’ prayer and support. I will be continuously engaged in communities and Learning & Teaching.
오직 하나님의 섬리로 한국사람은 하나인 학군 2게에서 봉사활동을, 창작예술, 다민족, 다언어 그리고 노래와 합창단 지휘로 30년을 넘께 마치고 뉴욕주에서 퇴직합니다. 기도하며 계속 공동체, 배움과 가르킴에 설겁니다. 미국의 퇴직후 일을하는제도가 너무좋읍니다.
인종차별, 외로움, 왕따당함을 이기고 국제학교 교무까지하게 지켜주신 하나님께 감사 또 감사 드립니다. 기도로 이 부족한 사람을 45년 붙들어주신 부모님, 가족, 목사님들, 가까운 친구분들께 감사를 드립니다. 나눔과 섬김으로헌신 했읍니다.
