On July 22, Saturday, I was invited to join Mini United Nations Multicultural Food & Music Festival by the Queens Bridge. It was last minute but I represented Korea and sang Arirang. 12 countries were represented.

It was an honor being recognized as one of the Women of Distiction. Senator had to postponed this event originally scheduled in April dye to the meeting in DC.

I was honored to participate with my Jackson IB PYP Choir and share songs around the world, receive award and support the President’s events and workshops! Thank you goes to administrators support from Hempstead Public Schools! 

Sunday, February 26, 2023, as a volunteer of Shanti Fund, programed music for Black History Celebration at Indian Consulate in NYC.

As a president of Multicultural Council of NY and Asian Pacific American Council of Educators-LI and an art loved, February 4, 2023, I was invited to attend Open Reception of Toddlewood Engineer Of Equity Project by Tricia Messeroux at Westbury Art. What a meaningful event in Celebration of Black History Month! There were student models.

January 30, 2023, Dr. Gandhi Memorial Day at Lee Dennison Suffolk Executive Building in Happaque, NY As a volunteer of Shanti Fund, participated on Dr. Gandhiji (ji is respectful term) Memorial and offered a song. We remember his regard of Non Violence.

January 28, and February 4, 2023, Soh Young Lee-Segredo led Lunar New Year Arts & Craft Program for All who are Young at Heart!
